We offer shipping to most locations worldwide. All orders are processed, packed, and shipped by us, from our studio in Birrarung-ga (Melbourne, Australia).
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (approx. 48 hours) from when we receive it. Once we've packed and shipped your order, we'll send you an email confirming important information such as your order details, tracking number, care instructions, and estimated delivery times.
All orders are shipped for delivery with signature to protect your shipment from misdelivery, tampering, theft, loss and damage due to unsuitable placement, or product defects resulting from exposure to environmental conditions.
At this stage, we exclusively ship via Australia Post. Get in touch if you wish to use an alternative courier or postal service.
If you place an order with us from a location outside of Australia, timezone differences may alter our above processing time estimates. For example, if you're based in Los Angeles (California, USA) and place an order at Friday, 6pm (PST), the order will come through to us on Saturday, 1pm (AEST) due to the 19 hour timezone difference between our respective locations.
Our prints come inside a protective acid and lignin free plastic sleeve with a hard backing board for safe storage. This is then carefully packed inside a heavy duty rigid mailer to prevent warping and bending during shipping.

Free domestic shipping is automatically applied on orders above $100AUD across Australia. Free international shipping is available to all orders above $250AUD everywhere else (using the code 5C5V3J at checkout).
