Refund Policy

We take customer care and satisfaction seriously. 

It is important to us that our products arrive to you as intended: safe, durable, free from defects, and as described in our product listings. This is why we inspect, process, pack, and ship all orders ourselves. 

Once your order is delivered, we recommend inspecting it as soon as possible for any issues. If you notice defective, damaged, or missing products, please notify us immediately by email at [email protected] and we will arrange an exchange or refund as applicable.

Return & Exchanges

We only accept returns for exchanges
 in the case of damaged or defective products. We are unable to refund or exchange products due to change of mind or damage from use. 

When emailing us a request to exchange or refund, please describe the problem, your desired outcome (i.e. an exchange or a refund), the specific products affected, and relevant documentation of the issue. Relevant documentation can include photos showing the damaged or defective products, photos of the mishandled package, and a brief written description of the issue.

If your email request to return for exchange is approved, all products for exchange must be mailed back to us in original condition (meaning inside their original packaging) as soon as possible.

We highly recommend purchasing tracked shipping when returning your product, as we are unable to verify returns for exchange if your shipment is lost or fails to arrive to us.

Due to the nature of limited edition prints, we're unable to produce additional prints once the total number of editions has been exhausted. For example, if all 10 prints in a limited edition of 10 have sold out, we will not print an additional 11th, 12th, etc, edition for sale under any circumstance. This is a standard practice in fine art edition printing to ensure the integrity of each print within a signed and numbered edition. 

Unfortunately, edition printing means that if your print arrives damaged due to accident or mishandling in the delivery process, we cannot “re-print” that work “on-demand” if it means exceeding the limited number of prints listed for sale. 

This is an unlikely situation, but if it happens we'll do our best to ensure you receive either a full refund on your order or an optional replacement of your choice (i.e. another available print of choice, of equal value to your original order).


Once we have received your returned products, we will email you to confirm its arrival and will also notify our approval or rejection of your request to refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment details. 

Please note that processing times between banking institutions differ depending on location and timezones. You may wish to consult your bank for a precise estimate on processing times for online refunds.
